Portfolio required—must include automotive creative, ads, and digital assets.
A balance of speed, creativity, and obsessive attention to detail.
The ability to thrive under deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Agency environment: 3 years minimum.
Automotive design: 3 years minimum.
Photoshop mastery: 5 years minimum.
