Drive end-to-end demand generation campaigns to hit pipeline targets across email, paid, social, and webinars.

Must-have: 3–5 years in B2B demand generation or campaign marketing
Own day-to-day campaigns and multi-channel execution to optimize leads and conversion

Own execution and day-to-day performance of demand generation campaigns aligned to business goals and target audiences
Build and launch campaigns across lead generation, nurture, reactivation, and webinar programs
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and positioned to drive measurable outcomes
Execute integrated campaigns across email, paid and organic social, webinars/events, and paid media
Monitor performance and continuously optimize to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion
Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, audience targeting, and landing pages
Track and report on key funnel metrics including leads, MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution
Use performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution
Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on lead priorities, definitions, and follow-up expectations

3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, webinars)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience building and managing workflows, nurture programs, and campaign execution within marketing platforms
Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics and performance optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Strong organization, project management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
