THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

Relay Direct is hiring Customer Success Executives to be the human face of some of the UK's most recognised brands — connecting with customers, solving their questions, and turning first conversations into lasting relationships.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a role with a ceiling. Every Customer Success Executive here is on a track toward account management or leadership — and how fast you get there is entirely up to you. Strong performers move up in months, not years. You'll build skills that transfer anywhere: persuasive communication, relationship management, reading what a customer actually needs before they've finished saying it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary contact for brand partners in local campaigns
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand trust and loyalty
• Identify customer needs and convert them into positive brand outcomes
• Feed insights back into campaign strategy through structured team reviews
• Grow into a senior customer success or account management role
