Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM and cross-channel fan communications, driving segmented, personalized campaigns from brief to deployment, while optimizing journeys and testing to boost performance.

  • CRM & Communications: Lead multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle messaging across email and SMS.
  • Audience & Personalization: Create segments from behavior, spend, and engagement to tailor messages at scale.
  • Quality & Collaboration: Oversee QA, testing, creative briefs, and cross-functional alignment with trade and creative teams to meet business goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the development and execution of our multi-channel communications calendar from briefing to deployment.
  • Building and managing CRM campaigns across email and SMS.
  • Providing clear briefs to copywriters, designers, and internal teams for customer-focused campaigns.
  • Collaborating with trade teams to optimize journeys and fan experiences across channels.
  • Creating and managing audience segments based on behavior, frequency, spend, and engagement.
  • Leading campaign QA and testing to ensure proper logic, segmentation, and dynamic elements before deployment.
  • Supporting the Global CRM Manager with new A/B tests and creative approaches in an agile mindset.
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet business goals and regulatory standards for fan experiences.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting metrics to identify optimization opportunities and seasonal content updates.
  • Hands-on segmentation and dynamic content to deliver relevant messaging at scale.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in CRM at a DTC business.
  • Experience of planning, building and executing emails in CRM platforms.
  • Experience of building customer segments in a CRM / ESP platform.
  • Strong knowledge of CDMPs (Customer data and Marketing platforms) such as Bloomreach / Ometria / Klaviyo.
  • Experience in brief writing and with managing the creative process from brief to execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrives in a fast-paced / high-growth environment.
