Job Summary

Own audience targeting and multi-channel campaign execution across CEP/CRM/CDP, ensuring precise deployment, rigorous QA, and data-driven optimization across campaigns and tests.

  • Query and build target audiences from briefs to ensure accurate deployment logic.
  • Launch and monitor multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys, including lifecycles and single-touchpoint content.
  • Enforce robust QA, testing, and proofing to validate dynamic content and tracking, and collaborate with data teams on measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Query, segment, and build target audience tables using our data and delivery platforms based on marketing briefs to ensure accurate deployment logic.
  • Build, configure, and launch multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys, including triggered lifecycles and single-touchpoint push or email content.
  • Conduct rigorous end-to-end QA, testing, and proofing of every campaign to validate dynamic content logic and verify technical setups.
  • Apply strict naming conventions and UTM tracking parameters to ensure accurate performance measurement by the Data & Analytics team.
  • Monitor automated workflows, delivery rates, and performance reporting to optimize future sends and flag any data discrepancies immediately.
  • Partner with creative and strategic stakeholders to technically execute split tests and turn marketing briefs into high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working heavily inside a modern Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), CRM, or Customer Data Platform (CDP) such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong technical background querying data tables and building segmented lists, with familiarity or experience in SQL being highly advantageous.
  • Dedication to hands-on execution, showing comfort with building audiences, proofing messages, setting up logic, and generating reports.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, bringing precision to checking links, targeting rules, and managing technical deployments.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong accuracy and staying grounded while delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, making it easy for you to align effectively with both technical data teams and creative teams.
