Responsibilities

• Manage CRM strategy, customer engagement, and lifecycle communications
• Develop customer journeys, segmentation, and personalised campaigns
• Plan and deliver email, CRM, retention, and engagement programmes
• Manage CRM databases, workflows, automation, and campaign processes
• Analyse customer behaviour, engagement, retention, and campaign performance
• Work with marketing, digital, sales, customer service, and technology teams
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
• Support lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement initiatives
• Maintain customer data quality and support privacy and compliance requirements
• Prepare CRM performance reports, insights, and recommendations

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related area
• Experience managing customer campaigns, journeys, or CRM activities
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, automation, or analytics platforms
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and engagement strategies
• Strong communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is advantageous
• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience is preferred
