Job Summary
Own end-to-end email campaign delivery in Dynamics 365 with Journeys, segments, and templates for a regulated public-sector program.
- Campaign ownership: build and run journeys, segments, and triggered messages in D365 Customer Insights Journeys.
- Asset and content lifecycle: design reusable assets and structured CRM content libraries for scalable campaigns.
- Stakeholder collaboration: align with Ceox and Public Sector teams to ensure compliant, delivery-focused execution.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- take ownership of campaign creation and execution within the platform.
- Building and executing email marketing campaigns in D365 Customer Insights – Journeys
- Creating segments, automated journeys and triggered communications
- Designing and developing responsive email templates using HTML/CSS
- Managing the full campaign lifecycle from build to reporting and optimisation
- Working closely with Ceox stakeholders and Public Sector client teams
- Establishing reusable campaign assets and structured CRM content libraries
Requirements
- Strong background in email marketing campaign management
- Hands-on experience building segments and journeys in D365 Customer Insights
- Solid HTML/CSS email build skills
- Experience delivering campaigns end-to-end in regulated or structured environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
- Previous public sector experience
