Responsibilities

• Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns within Klaviyo.
• Create engaging email layouts and write compelling campaign copy.
• QA and test email campaigns, customer journeys and automated flows before launch.
• Support the implementation of A/B tests and report on campaign performance.
• Build, test and launch website sign-up forms for campaigns and events.
• Assist with customer segmentation and database management.
• Maintain data hygiene through regular suppression lists and customer database cleaning.
• Keep up to date with CRM trends, best practices and platform developments.
• Support the day-to-day management of the PURESEOUL loyalty programme.
• Coordinate loyalty reward stock with the Warehouse team.

Requirements

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working across multiple teams.
• Creative with an interest in marketing and customer engagement.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and campaign performance.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Previous experience in marketing, CRM, ecommerce or retail (placement, internship or commercial experience welcomed).
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with Shopify is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience using loyalty platforms or CRM tools other than Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of retail metrics and KPIs.
