Role Description

This is a fully remote, part-time partner role with flexible hours and no fixed location.

You'll own distribution to your existing audience and earn recurring revenue on every customer you bring in.

Responsibilities include:

1) Promote Catch The Good Ones to your audience using your tracked partner link and promo code.

2) Create content that fits your channel - posts, videos, newsletters, podcasts, whatever you already do well.

3) Share honest feedback on the product so we can keep improving it.

4) Track and report monthly on your activity and results.

You'll get a free Growth tier account, a direct line to the founder, and full access to our brand assets, screenshots, and demo videos.

Qualifications

We want you if you've already built an audience in one of these worlds: B2B sales and founders, recruiters and talent teams, B2C and DTC brands, creators and influencers, agencies, PR, or media. Anywhere people care about finding the right humans to connect with.

We're looking for someone who:

- Can create a consistent content output on at least one channel (newsletter, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, podcast, TikTok, Instagram)

- Communicates authentically and builds trust with their audience

- Understands their audience well enough to know if our product fits

- Manages their own schedule and output without needing oversight

- Speaks fluent, professional English

Experience in B2B SaaS, creator economy, sales, marketing, or recruitment is a plus - but not a dealbreaker.

Time and Compensation

Time: Your own pace - most partners spend 2-5 hours per week

Pay: 20% of recurring revenue on every signup you bring in, for 12 months (or until the customer churns, if earlier)

Payouts: Monthly via bank transfer

Earning potential: Active partners can reach $500-2,000 monthly recurring within 6 months
