Job Description
Pixelworx creates unstoppable social-first content. Built for how people watch. Backed by work that speaks.
About
Pixelworx is a social-first studio delivering scroll-stopping content shaped for how people engage today.
We help brands and agencies earn attention in the feed, fast, purposeful, and tuned into evolving audience habits.
But while our work is bold, our approach is not.
We're the quietly confident experts: calm, collaborative, and intentional. We don't need to shout about what we do. Our work speaks for itself. It reflects who we are: a team that cares deeply, works smartly, and builds lasting relationships through trust, consistency and creativity.
We operate as a fully remote, collaborative team, creating a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver unstoppable social-first content.
The Role
We are seeking a Creative Producer to join our team. In this role, you'll support the production of social-first content across sports, podcasts, branded campaigns and social ads, with a strong focus on post-production and creative development.
Working closely with senior producers, editors, and the wider team, you'll help bring creative briefs to life from idea through to final delivery. You'll also play a key role in shaping new ideas and helping us pitch them, putting together decks and treatments that win work.
This role is ideal for someone in their producing career who is organised, creative, and genuinely excited about social-first content.
Responsibilities
* Support the production team across post-production workflows, helping move projects from edit through to delivery.
* Coordinate with editors and freelancers to keep projects on track and aligned with the brief.
* Track project timelines and assist with resourcing using our internal tools.
* Take clear, organised notes from briefings, calls, and reviews, and keep the team aligned on next steps.
* Contribute fresh ideas to creative brainstorms and treatment development.
* Build pitch decks and treatments for new business and existing client opportunities.
* Help shape concepts into clear, compelling pitches that reflect the Pixelworx brand and style.
* Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and supplier coordination.
* Liaise with clients and freelancers in a professional, friendly way that reflects how we work.
* Keep project documentation tidy and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
Skills and Experience Required
* 2-4 years of experience in a production, post-production, or creative agency environment.
* Comfortable working within post-production workflows and understanding how edits come together.
* Solid ideation skills and the ability to bring ideas to life on the page.
* Confident putting together pitch decks and treatments (Google Slides, Keynote, or similar).
* Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
* A genuine interest in social-first content and the platforms it lives on.
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
* Confident communicator, both written and on calls.
Additional Qualities
* Curious and proactive, the kind of person who spots gaps before being asked.
* Creatively minded, with a real interest in storytelling and how ideas translate to social.
* Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
* Collaborative and team-first, with the confidence to ask questions when you need to.
* Passionate about social-first content and the brands shaping it.
* Comfortable working in a remote environment.
How We Work
Pixelworx is a fully remote creative studio, and our team members work from home across the UK. You must be comfortable with remote work and effective in a virtual setting. For filming days, we travel to set, with all business-related travel covered.
What We Offer

* Strong personal development programme.
* Enhanced sick absence policy.
* Enhanced maternity, parental, and parenthood policies.
* Enhanced wellness policy.
* Perks and reward points to recognise contributions and celebrate successes.
