Job Summary

Own and translate briefs into retail-ready POS displays while shaping packaging layouts and 3D visuals for customer sell-in, ensuring brand alignment and manufacturability.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver on time and ensure production-ready execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop impactful POS displays and retail activation concepts
  • Translate briefs into retail-ready solutions aligned with customer and manufacturing requirements
  • Create presentation decks and visuals for customer sell-in and internal alignment
  • Develop and adapt packaging layouts in line with brand guidelines
  • Produce print-ready artwork including dielines, cutter guides, bleeds, and finishes
  • Build 3D models and create high-quality renders for customer presentations and approvals
  • Produce realistic visualisations to communicate materials, finishes, and product placement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth production and high-quality execution
  • Stay up to date with retail design trends, materials, and display technologies

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing POS/retail displays that are both creative and manufacturable
  • Proven packaging design and artwork capability with strong attention to detail and production accuracy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience with 3D/CAD design and rendering using relevant visualisation software
  • Experience working with corrugated/paper-based displays and production-ready dielines
  • Good understanding of POS manufacturing processes (e.g. metal, plastics, printing, CNC, assembly)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and respond to feedback effectively
  • Highly organised with strong time management and ability to manage multiple project
  • Ability to create high-quality presentation decks and visual assets for customer sell-in and internal alignment
