Job Description

Responsibilities

Write compelling, high-performing copy for paid media campaigns, landing pages, emails, SMS, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital channels
Develop persuasive direct-response and brand storytelling content to highlight product benefits and enhance conversions
Create clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and other video assets
Adapt tone, voice, and messaging to suit different audiences, campaigns, and distribution channels
Optimize all copy for SEO, engagement, and conversion while ensuring compliance with FTC & FDA regulations
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets
Work with Product Development and Customer Experience teams to translate complex information into accessible, educational messaging for consumers
Partner with Paid Media, Social, Content, Design, and Email/SMS teams to align copy with campaign objectives and creative strategies
Proofread and review marketing materials, labels, and product assets for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency
Leverage data insights and A/B testing results to refine messaging strategies and improve content performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in writing direct-response, performance-based, or e-commerce marketing copy
Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing digital content such as ads, landing pages, emails, or product descriptions
Familiarity with product claims, disclaimers, and industry guidelines to ensure compliance
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
