Job Summary

Own the language and conversion-focused storytelling across fashion marketing channels, translating brand goals into clear, compelling copy that moves users from awareness to action.

  • Own integrated campaign copy and product storytelling across email, site, social, and print to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and executive teams to perfect tone, consistency, and SEO-ready content for both traditional search and AI-assisted experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop persuasive and impactful marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, landing pages, and ad copy, that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing strategies.
  • Produce high-quality written content for a variety of digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Help the marketing Team create engaging and on-brand social media posts that drive engagement and foster a connection with our audience across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Write detailed and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits, enhancing the shopping experience and driving conversions.
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining the highest editorial standards across all written materials.
  • Craft and refine content optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Apply keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and Generative Engine Optimisation principles — including citable, passage-level writing, clear entity signals, and structured, answer-led formats — to improve organic rankings, AI citations, and qualified traffic across our digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of writing copy across integrated campaigns — from concept to launch — spanning digital, social, email, and print.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate brand and commercial goals into clear, compelling copy.
  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to take direction and push back constructively across creative, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
