Job Summary

Own client relationships and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery while coordinating internal teams and steering trend-led ideas to elevate account performance.

Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery from briefing through reporting, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand objectives are met.
Ops & Insight: Align internal teams, produce clear deliverables, and surface trends to pitch new ideas that lift the client experience.

Job Description

Manage day-to-day client communications and build lasting relationships
Lead campaign execution from briefing to delivery, across social, digital, influencer & experiential
Coordinate internal teams to meet timelines, budgets, and brand objectives
Oversee reports, presentations, and deliverables with a keen eye for detail
Stay ahead of trends to pitch new ideas and elevate the client experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
+2 years of agency or in-house marketing experience
Solid understanding of project management and campaign execution
Familiar with digital advertising, influencer marketing & reporting tools
Based in Puerto Rico and available to work in a hybrid format
