Your Career
You will play a central role in shaping and delivering high-performing content that drives brand awareness and engagement for MHR. Working at the heart of the marketing function, you’ll coordinate and execute top-of-funnel demand generation campaigns designed to grow our audience and build long-term customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills across content creation, campaign delivery, video production, and on-camera presentation, while collaborating closely with a wide range of internal teams.

Your Team
You’ll be part of MHR’s brand marketing team, working collaboratively with specialists across social media, content, studio, and design. You’ll partner with the social media manager to create engaging, social-first content, and support the in-house content writer with short-form copy across email, social, and landing pages. Alongside this, you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure all content is effectively repurposed to maximise reach, longevity, and return on investment, while aligning with broader campaign and distribution strategies.

Your Impact
Your work will directly contribute to increasing MHR’s brand visibility and audience engagement. You’ll produce and manage video content, liaising with guests, developing treatments, and occasionally presenting on camera as a host. By analysing campaign performance against KPIs and identifying audience trends, you’ll help continuously optimise content and inform future strategies. Through thoughtful execution and data-driven insights, you’ll ensure content reaches the right audiences, on the right channels, delivering measurable results.
