Responsibilities

  • Day to day operations include planning, creating, and publishing organic social content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) that reflects Youiee’s voice and mission while fostering an engaged, supportive community.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and designing posts, editing short-form video concepts - reels and stories; scheduling and optimizing content; and monitoring analytics to inform future campaigns.
  • The role involves active daily engagement, including crafting thoughtful & informed responses to comments and messages, surfacing user insights to the product and development teams, and helping shape platform-specific content experiments.
  • The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and psychology experts to ensure all content is emotionally responsible, aligned with mental health best practices, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • This role owns the operational execution of organic content once priorities and direction are set.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining the working content calendar
  • Organizing weekly content assets and deadlines
  • Preparing content for review and approval
  • Writing, editing, and polishing platform-specific copy
  • Formatting and optimizing posts for each platform
  • Scheduling and publishing approved content
  • Creating and adapting simple visual assets in Canva or similar tools
  • Editing and formatting short-form video clips when needed
  • Preparing YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata
  • Repurposing transcripts, videos, founder notes, and existing assets into usable content
  • Monitoring comments, DMs, and engagement across active channels
  • Tracking basic content performance and reporting insights clearly
  • Keeping the content workflow organized and visible to the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Communications or related field of equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation - Video, Static and Written - with the ability to translate complex, sensitive topics into clear, empathetic, and engaging posts.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including content scheduling, basic analytics, and organic growth strategies.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills, including thoughtful online community engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing brand social accounts, ideally for mission-driven, mental health, wellness, or tech products.
  • Strong Organizational and Process-Driven skillset is a must
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Video editing tools like Capcut, scheduling platforms, design tools like Canva or Figma, and analytics dashboards).
  • Ability to handle sensitive mental health topics with care, discretion, and respect for privacy and boundaries.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and performance data.
