Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content production cycle and turn campaign priorities into on-brand assets for multiple audiences across short-form video, photography and on-location storytelling.

  • Own content planning and execution across Le Tour GB channels to align with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source, shoot, edit and deliver assets for multiple audiences.
  • Turn event moments and partner activity into compelling content through on-location shoots and storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit and produce high-quality, engaging content - including short-form video, & photography - while ensuring style, tone of voice, and brand consistency across all owned channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of content activity across Le Tour GB channels, ensuring outputs align with wider marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues across the organisation to plan, shape, and schedule effective content that serves multiple audiences.
  • Work with the Content Marketing Lead, Digital & Social Manager and wider team to turn campaign priorities, tent-pole event moments and partner activity into compelling content ideas and finished assets.
  • Support content capture on location, including filming, interviewing, behind-the-scenes, gathering soundbites, briefing participants and identifying strong storytelling moments.
  • Edit and version content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring assets are delivered in the right formats, specs and styles for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, web, partner use and paid media where required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, photographers, videographers, creators and partners to help coordinate content production and deliver assets efficiently.
  • Support the organisation of content shoots, including planning shot lists, preparing briefs, managing assets, logging footage and helping maintain an effective content library.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience producing and publishing social-first content, particularly short-form video for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong practical editing skills, with the ability to create polished, engaging and platform-specific content.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle various tasks, shoots, edits and deadlines at once.
  • Experience capturing content on location, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, community content, or contributor-led storytelling.
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop), plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to an intermediate level.

Preferred

  • Experience of working on live sport or similar events.
  • Specialist skill in one or more of videography, photography, editing, or social media content creation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional cycling, including World Tour teams and riders.
  • Understanding of social media publishing, community engagement and platform best practise.
