Graphic design skills (must create eye-catching, high-converting social media graphics)
Hashtag research experience - ability to research and apply relevant hashtags to improve reach, visibility, and engagement
Copywriting ability - newsletters and blogs
Media kit, portfolio, and presentation creation experience - ability to create polished materials that showcase work and results
Lead generation awareness - understanding how content supports growth
Experience with: •WordPress • Squarespace - SiteGround hosting (basic troubleshooting familiarity)

Preferred

Understanding of on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, keywords)
Understanding of off-page SEO (backlinks, authority building)
Ability to support content-driven lead generation
