Job Summary

Own and execute the webinar program and companion content for a compliance audience, coordinating experts and live sessions while building gated assets and follow-on content for apparel brands.

  • Own a 12 month webinar and content calendar and manage presenters and rehearsals.
  • Create slides, scripts, landing pages, and supporting materials with compliance experts and write post webinar blogs.
  • Promote to the existing audience and turn webinar resources into gated lead magnets across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research compliance news, regulatory changes, and trending topics through customer feedback, sales input, industry research, and our compliance experts.
  • Own our 12-month webinar and content calendar.
  • Coordinate presenters and manage the webinar schedule.
  • Create webinar slides, scripts, and supporting materials with our compliance experts.
  • Host and moderate live webinars, including Q&A.
  • Set up webinar events in Microsoft Teams, Riverside, or Livestorm.
  • Write webinar landing pages and event descriptions.
  • Build webinar email and SMS reminder sequences in Klaviyo.
  • Run presenter rehearsals before each webinar.
  • Promote webinars to our existing audience.

Requirements

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)
  • Video editing: CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Visual design: Canva
  • Figma
  • Framer
  • Klaviyo
  • MS Teams / Riverside / Livestorm
  • Soft skills: Highly organised, Confident presenter, Tech-savvy, Creative spark
  • Hard skills: Strong copywriting
  • Location: London, England, United Kingdom
