Content Creation: create social-first content, captions, hooks, and CTAs, and establish repeatable formats to boost reach
Social Channels & Community Growth: manage daily channels, calendars, and workflows to grow and engage a meaningful audience
Audience Funnels & Performance Analytics: optimize discovery-to-activation pathways, drive traffic to landing pages and memberships, and test-and-learn for measurable improvement

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit and repurpose long-form content into engaging social-first content
Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram and Facebook - bonus if you are a native with Youtube Shorts and Tiktok
Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls to action
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
Identify trends, content opportunities, and audience behaviors
Build repeatable content frameworks that increase reach and engagement
Help shape content formats that improve discoverability and retention
Own day to day management of social channels
Create and oversee content calendars and publishing workflows
Build meaningful audience touchpoints and community interaction systems

Responsibilities (cont.)

Build and improve content pathways that move audiences from discovery to deeper engagement
Build and optimise content funnels that drive traffic to landing pages and membership platforms
Build and execute email campaigns
Support audience nurture systems and conversion funnels
Support email nurture flows and conversion pathways
Track growth and engagement across platforms to analyze performance data and identify opportunities? (as per description) - Test, learn, and improve strategies based on results - Use insights and data to refine strategy and improve results

Requirements

2+ years experience in a content-driven marketing role
Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar)
Graphic Design Skills (Adobe, Canva, Photoshop)
Strong copywriting ability with attention to tone and detail
Experience managing social media accounts
Clear evidence and proven experience growing audiences, communities, or creator platforms
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and platform-native content
Experience editing short-form and long-form content
Experience building content systems that support growth
Experience creating audience funnels and conversion journeys
