Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve content across our website
  • Support the testing and iterating of content based on user needs and evidence
  • Use available analytics, research and feedback to inform content improvements
  • Work with colleagues across the Commission to make complex information easier to understand
  • Contribute to content consistency by applying standards, patterns and guidance
  • Take part in peer reviews and develop your content design skills

Requirements

  • Experience designing or delivering user-centred content for websites
  • Ability to use data, analytics, research or user feedback to improve and review content
  • Experience working with stakeholders and contributing to content decisions
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content for different audiences
