Responsibilities

• Planning, filming and editing video content for social media, websites, paid campaigns and brand activity
• Capturing photography for vehicle stock, marketing campaigns, websites and general brand use
• Creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Supporting larger campaign shoots across our different brands
• Filming interviews, partner features, behind-the-scenes content and day-in-the-life style pieces
• Working closely with the marketing team to turn ideas and business goals into strong creative output
• Helping shape the visual style and content direction of our brands
• Editing content into platform-ready formats with the right pacing, structure and style
• Managing your own workflow across multiple shoots and projects
• Keeping content organised, labelled and easy to access

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in videography, content creation, photography or a similar creative role
• A strong portfolio or showreel that shows variety and quality
• Good video shooting and editing skills
• Confidence using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar
• A solid understanding of composition, lighting, audio and storytelling
• Experience creating content for digital and social platforms
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Preferred

• Photography experience alongside video
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience with tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Experience in an in-house, agency or multi-brand environment
• Automotive experience would be useful, but it is not essential
