Responsibilities

• Filming and editing content across our London shops, studio and corporate flower installations
• Capturing behind the scenes content of our florists at work, installations and flower school classes
• Attending and filming large-scale events and installations for corporate clients, hotels and brand partners
• Creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, amongst others.
• Editing footage to a high standard with music, colour grading, captions and transitions
• Working closely with the marketing team to deliver content that is on-brand, on time and consistently beautiful
• During November and December you will be a key part of capturing our Christmas installation season, this will involve early starts and some flexibility around hours as we work across multiple client sites throughout the festive period.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing — a portfolio or showreel is essential
• Confident with both shooting and post-production — you own the process start to finish
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, capcut or other.
• A strong eye for composition, light and aesthetic — you understand what makes a shot beautiful
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as live events and installations
• Able to work independently and manage your own time without constant direction
• Flexible and reliable — particularly during our busiest seasonal periods

Preferred

• A genuine interest in floristry, luxury brands or lifestyle content is a bonus
