Responsibilities

• Set up and grow your own accounts across TikTok, Reels and Shorts
• Publish a minimum of 16 pieces per month - 4+ per week, 30 seconds each
• Work across a range of formats: POV footage of the work itself, earnings reveals, headset unboxings, day-in-the-life, explainers, trade-specific angles
• Build against briefs that evolve as we learn what converts

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience growing an organic short-form account. Show us something you've built and the numbers behind it.
• A real instinct for short-form: hooks, pacing, retention, and why one video travels while a near-identical one doesn't
• Confident shooting and editing on your phone
• Consistency across a month rather than a strong week
• UK-based and operating on a self-employed basis

Preferred

• We'd particularly welcome applications from people who do the work themselves. If you're a chef, an electrician, a mechanic or a repair technician who also makes content, you'll tell this story more convincingly than anyone.
