Own the content factory for venue moments, turning events and customer experiences into scalable social video and photo content.

Capture high quality photography and videography across venues and events.
Create platform optimized short form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts to boost engagement.
Develop concepts, spot viral moments, and support campaigns with end-to-end editing.

Capture high-quality photography and videography across both venues.
Film customer experiences, race action, Combat VR gameplay, events and behind-the-scenes content.
Produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Edit content to a professional standard suitable for digital marketing campaigns.
Work with the Marketing & Social Media Lead to support campaigns and promotions.
Develop creative concepts and content ideas.
Identify opportunities to create engaging and viral content.
Create content that reflects the Xtreme Karting brand and customer experience.
Produce content optimised for each platform.
Assist with content scheduling and content calendars.

Experience creating photo and video content for social media.
Strong videography and photography skills.
Experience editing content using software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling.
Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Full UK driving licence.
