Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging written, visual, photographic and video content across digital and marketing channels.
• Manage content calendars, websites, newsletters and social media in line with brand guidelines and marketing priorities.
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions and PR activity, including photography, videography and promotional materials.
• Develop case studies, project features, presentations, product briefs and sales materials.
• Conduct competitor, market and trend research to inform content and marketing activity.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Support SEO, website optimisation and emerging content trends, including AI.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Design and external partners to deliver effective communications.
• Support marketing administration, including purchase orders, expenditure and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications, content creation, PR or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Creative, confident and able to produce engaging content across multiple channels.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, brand management, SEO and social media.
• Interest in emerging marketing trends, technologies and AI.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commercially minded, with a commitment to producing high-quality, professional work.
