Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Stewardship: Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies, maintain brand consistency, and create materials, newsletters, and press content that align with mission.
Campaigns, Content & Engagement: Produce engaging graphics, videos, stories, website updates, social content, track engagement, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
Grants, Events & Community Partnerships: Research grants, assist with applications/reporting, manage grant data, coordinate events, outreach, and build relationships with community orgs and partners.
Community Outreach & Internal Collaboration: Represent the organization at events, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to support initiatives.
Program Data & Fundraising Support: Gather program data and supporting documentation for funding proposals and reporting, maintain related systems and deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
One (1) year of related experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred

Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus.
Grant writing or fundraising experience preferred.
Graphic design experience and proficiency with marketing tools preferred.
