Schedule and conduct in-person visits with referral sources.
Present company services in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Represent the company at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community events.
Distribute marketing materials and educate the community about our services.
Develop long-term referral partnerships.
Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients who inquire about our services.
Follow up with leads in a professional and compassionate manner.
Answer basic questions regarding our home care services.
Schedule free in-home consultations.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
Comfortable speaking with seniors and their families.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to network with healthcare professionals.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Northern Virginia.
Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
