Job Summary

Own the end to end project communications for complex initiatives, turning technical details into practical, audience friendly content and coordinating with change management for adoption readiness.

Cross phase ownership: plan, execute and align messaging with adoption strategies across all project stages.
Channel and asset engine: manage updates, trainings, FAQs, executive messages and multi channel delivery while protecting brand voice.
Stakeholder collaboration: build relations with internal teams to surface risks, gather input, and keep messaging connected to readiness and rollout goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to support implementation across all phases of a project
Translate complex technical information into clear, practical content for nontechnical audiences
Create and manage project-specific communications, including updates, training materials, FAQs and executive messaging
Partner with change management leads to align communications with adoption strategies and readiness efforts
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to gather input, surface risks and ensure message alignment
Plan and deliver communications across multiple channels, including email, internal platforms, digital content and events
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone and brand voice across all communications
Proofread and edit all materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and quality
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field required
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional experience in communications or marketing
Familiarity with corporate communications in a business setting, preferably in a construction-related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal clients/business partners
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Organized and an eye for detail
Ability to handle projects simultaneously
Familiarity with html email programs such as Constant Contact and/or texting platforms a plus
Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company’s Zero Injury principles
