Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, email, and print materials
Lead storytelling and impact messaging efforts
Support fundraising campaigns through strategic communications
Draft press releases, announcements, and public messaging
Coordinate with program teams to highlight impact and outcomes
Monitor engagement and recommend visibility strategies
Identify partnership and media exposure opportunities
The Volunteer Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the development and execution of a cohesive messaging and visibility strategy across all programs.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or nonprofit engagement
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Strategic thinker who can also execute
Experience managing digital platforms and social media
Passion for mission-driven work and community impact

You are proactive, creative, and aligned with social impact work. You are comfortable building systems and helping shape the public voice of a growing nonprofit. You believe in equitable opportunity and want to use your skills to create meaningful change.
