Responsibilities

• Media Relations: Execute regional PR across EMEA and build relationships with reporters to secure earned coverage.
• Leadership & Storytelling: Engage with senior leaders to identify, shape, and elevate technical and industry stories for press.
• Strategic & Creative: Develop creative PR approaches to make complex technology topics accessible to external audiences.
• Collaboration & Oversight: Collaborate with regional marketing teams and manage external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
• Measurement & Compliance: Track, measure, and report PR activities in partnership with agencies and ensure alignment with Infor and Koch policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PR or communications (agency and/or in house).
• Demonstrated experience securing earned media through established press relationships.
• Ability to work directly with senior leaders and translate complex or technical topics into clear media stories.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting PR metrics.
• Comfortable working cross functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

• Full professional proficiency in German.
• Experience supporting PR programs across the EMEA region.
• Background in technology, enterprise software, or similarly complex industries.
• Experience working with external PR agencies.
