Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging internal and external communications tailored for B2B and B2C audiences, maintaining clear and consistent messaging aligned with brand tone.
  • Support campaigns, product launches, and organisational updates.
  • Optimise communications processes, templates, and workflows.
  • Manage daily activity across all CMI social media channels.
  • Schedule and publish content matching campaign and marketing plans.
  • Write clear copy adapted to diverse platforms and target audiences.
  • Oversee community management, responding to comments and user messages.
  • Produce social assets, including images and short-form videos.
  • Develop creative content ideas to boost overall reach and engagement.
  • Track social performance, reporting on analytics, metrics, and trends.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a communications and/or social media role
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style
  • Experience managing social media channels, including community management
  • Confident creating content (copy, visuals, and basic video editing)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practice

Preferred

  • Experience in both internal and external communications is highly desirable
