Job Summary

Own content development and brand storytelling across channels, with a focus on evaluating activity and reporting outcomes.

  • Own content and asset production across online and offline channels to support Brainkind's narrative.
  • Coordinate marketing support requests, triage needs, and align with stakeholders including Communications and Marketing Manager.
  • Measure and optimize marketing activity with regular reporting on traffic, engagement, and brand consistency across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To work on content development, ensuring we create engaging content for relevant online and offline channels.
  • Provide a first point of contact for colleagues, and others, requiring marketing support, analysing need and responding appropriately.
  • Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activity, setting up systems and reporting regularly.
  • Lead and/or assist on the creation and editing of photo and video shoots as required.
  • Manage an online photo library including consent forms.
  • Utilise relevant software e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva to develop marketing materials including literature, promotional items and ‘tool-kits’
  • To act as a brand guardian, ensuring that the new brand Is delivered in a creative way which cuts through to different audiences.
  • Working with internal colleagues and stakeholders, develop a bank of stories of our staff and the people supported so we can tell the story of life after brain injury.
  • Work to the organisations digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Support the building and maintaining Brainkind’s brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
