  • Campaigns & Content: plan publish campaigns and content calendar to lift reach and impact.
  • Data & Performance: manage CRM data and use analytics to optimize across email, social, and paid.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communications & Brand Governance: Manage external comms across email, web, social, paid channels and act as brand gatekeeper.
  • Content & Campaigns: Plan, create and publish news stories, case studies, campaigns, blogs, videos with a clear content calendar.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor channel performance and use analytics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Marketing Operations & CRM: Manage audience data in the charity CRM, segmenting and using data to boost targeting and campaign results.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan and deliver cross-channel campaigns across email, social, web, search and paid media.
  • Creative & Partnerships: Create marketing visuals with design tools and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Campaign Delivery & Evaluation: Develop plans and evaluation frameworks for public awareness campaigns, coordinating delivery with stakeholders.
  • Team & Process Leadership: Recruit and line manage Communications Officer; establish efficient team processes.
