Support the execution of marketing and communications campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and AP style.
Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing assets, including presentations, collateral, and visual content.
Coordinate logistics and communications for events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Conduct research to support storytelling, reporting, and strategic messaging initiatives.
Monitor and report on engagement metrics to inform marketing performance and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.

Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Preferred

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop; preferred)
Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact or Klaviyo)
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Monday.com)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
