Job Summary

Own the communications engine across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent, value-driven messaging, engaging digital presence, and data-backed storytelling to support fundraising and major events.

  • Lead internal comms, newsletters, and branded materials reflecting organisational impact.
  • Manage digital channels and social content, including media inquiries and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support fundraising activities, events, and create case studies for reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital channels and social content, respond to media inquiries, and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
  • Support fundraising activities, major events, and produce case studies and data for reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent digital and social media skills.
  • Confident communicator with presentation experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Based in Norfolk and able to travel across the county.
  • Willing to work occasionally out-of-hours to support events.
  • Subject to a probationary period.

Preferred

  • Experience in charity, public sector, or commercial communications.
  • Fundraising and donor engagement experience.
  • Design and promotional material production.
  • Project management experience.
