Job Description

Supports Manchester City’s communications and charitable activity across the season, coordinating stakeholder engagement, positive storytelling and community impact while collaborating with internal teams.

  • Responsibilities: Based in Manchester, this Fixed Term, full-time role supports the delivery of communications, stakeholder engagement and charitable activity across the Club.
  • You will play an important role in supporting positive storytelling, charitable initiatives and fan-facing communications while helping to enhance the reputation of Manchester City through engaging and well-coordinated activity
  • Role You will support the delivery of communications and charitable activity across the season, helping to coordinate initiatives that support stakeholder engagement, positive storytelling and community impact.
  • Working closely with the Communications team, you will contribute to the delivery of corporate communications activity while helping to identify opportunities that enhance the reputation of Manchester City.
  • Alongside communications activity, you will support the coordination of charitable requests and wish-granting visits, helping to ensure requests are managed professionally and in line with the Club’s charitable giving policy.
  • You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support engaging and positive experiences across a range of activities and events.
  • You will also contribute to media monitoring, reporting and content development activity, helping to identify and share positive stories across Club channels.
  • Through your organisation, communication and collaborative approach, you will help support the continued delivery of impactful communications and engagement activity.
