Salary: £65,000–£80,000 + Bonus (OTE £100k+)

Media Performance is looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Director to join our leadership team and drive growth across our client portfolio. This is a role for someone who thinks like an owner from day one. We're offering a genuine pathway to Managing Partner / Managing Partner Designate, with equity and share ownership potential for someone who can prove they belong at the top table.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their trusted senior strategic partner
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive agency growth
• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
• Working closely with the leadership team to shape agency direction, service offering and commercial strategy
• Ensuring exceptional delivery across integrated marketing campaigns, balancing creative ambition with commercial rigour
• Spotting opportunities to expand client relationships and unlock new revenue streams

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within a marketing agency (Business Director, Client Services Director, or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for marketing, with strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing accounts
• Confident, credible and persuasive. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and rolling up your sleeves with the team
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing people
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery experience
• Ambition to grow beyond this role. This is a genuine stepping stone into agency leadership, not just a job
