Responsibilities

• Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD action plans
• Managing and attending HP events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
• Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
• Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality events
• Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for Partners and Fee Earners pitches and tenders
• Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
• Coordinating submissions for legal directories
• Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
• Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
• Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms

Requirements

• A full driving licence is also required, as the role will involve travel to events, some of which may take place outside normal working hours.
