Job Description
Business Development Executive — RADA Business
London (Hybrid) Salary (£30-35,000)
Build a commercial career that's different.
We are working with RADA Business, to help them find a Business Development Executive to join their new commercial team.
RADA Business helps leaders and teams at some of the world's most recognised organisations, communicate and perform at their best, and they are entering an exciting new phase of growth.
This isn't a typical entry-level sales role — you'll be working with warm, inbound enquiries from organisations that already want to talk. You'll spend around 60% of your time converting those enquiries into clients: leading discovery conversations with HR Directors, L&D leaders and senior executives, understanding their challenges and matching them to the right tailored leadership, communication and performance solutions. The other 40% you'll support the Strategic Team at RADA Business to grow their most important client partnerships through account planning and proposal development.
You'll get:
- Hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle, from first enquiry to long-term partnership
- Coaching from experienced commercial leaders in consultative selling and account management
- A clear pathway into senior business development roles
- The chance to work with globally recognised clients at one of the world's most respected leadership and performance brands, with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art as our sole shareholder
Who you are: You have 1–4 years in a client-facing commercial role (consultative sales, BD, customer success, executive education, membership or similar), you're at your best in warm, relationship-led conversations, you build trust quickly, stay organised under pressure, and you're ambitious, curious and eager to learn.
If you want to learn fast, work with brilliant people and make a genuine impact — we'd love to hear from you.
