Own Mahéquline’s narrative and growth touchpoints by shaping PR, partnerships, events, social storytelling, and creator collaborations across international markets, translating design-led brand moments into platform-native campaigns.

Public Relations: build fashion media relationships and secure features across top outlets.
Creator Partnerships & Brand Storytelling: curate 100+ creator relationships and ensure every launch reflects the distinct voice.
Strategic Projects & Wholesale: partner with founder on wholesale, retail expansion, and investor materials to scale brand presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Public Relations - Build and nurture relationships with fashion editors across titles such as Vogue Business, Drapers, ELLE, Cosmopolitan UK, The Business of Fashion, and beyond
Pitch and secure editorial features, news coverage, and product placements
Events - Lead planning and execution of pop-ups (Copenhagen 2026, London 2027), press dinners, creator events, and trade show participation (Première Vision, Copenhagen Fashion Week)
Social Media - Define and execute social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Brief and direct creative production
Translate brand moments into platform-native storytelling
Creator Partnerships - Identify, brief, gift, and maintain ongoing relationships with 100+ micro- and mid-tier creators across key markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark)
Brand Storytelling - Ensure every campaign, launch, and customer touchpoint reflects Mahéquline’s design-led, intentional, and distinctive voice
Strategic Projects - Work directly with the founder on wholesale partnerships (Selfridges, Mytheresa), investor materials, retail expansion, and brand collaborations

Requirements

Master’s degree in Fashion Communication, Brand Management, PR, Marketing, or a closely related field
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
2–5 years of full-time experience in fashion PR, brand marketing, or communications — agency or in-house experience within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred
Deep engagement with fashion culture and industry movements; you follow brands, shifts, and emerging talent closely
Equal parts creative and strategic — comfortable ideating campaigns and executing them to a high standard
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; your pitches get opened and answered
Right to work in the UK
