Responsibilities

Designing brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral for the McLanahan Family of Companies.
Creating graphics, infographics, e-books, social media content, and website visuals that support marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with product managers, sales leaders, and marketing team members to develop engaging customer-facing content.
Designing trade show signage, banners, flyers, and promotional materials that help showcase our products and services.
Transforming technical information from webinars, blogs, presentations, and podcasts into clear, visually appealing marketing pieces.
Assisting with the design and formatting of the company's annual report.
Preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Maintaining brand consistency across all materials by following established brand guidelines.
Organizing and managing brand assets, templates, logos, and design files.
Supporting company initiatives across departments, including Human Resources, Safety, and Internal Communications.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
One to three years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience using modern design tools such as Canva.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
