Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end brand marketing, from pre-launch through post-launch growth, across the UK and other markets
  • Develop brand strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer insights, and define the foundational brand message so it's consistent across all channels and socials
  • Grow and manage social media presence — building an engaged following and driving measurable growth across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Sharpen market positioning and Anception's point of difference in the premium athleisure space
  • Design and execute a unique launch campaign, and lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other media thereafter
  • Build and grow email and waitlist sign-ups pre-launch, converting early interest into the brand's first pool of loyal customers
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration — with product design, sales, and other teams — to deliver innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence and foster loyalty
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources; analyze market data and campaign performance to refine strategy
  • Build relationships with external partners and agencies to amplify brand initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience running the marketing function for an apparel or fashion brand in the UK, ideally through a pre-launch to launch journey
  • Strong track record growing social channels and engaged online communities
  • Sharp brand instincts, with experience building and converting pre-launch demand (email/waitlist strategies)
  • Creative campaign leadership — able to conceive and deliver a standout launch moment, not just execute a template
  • Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and any other tools necessary
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and time management across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing practices; familiarity with marketing-relevant IT systems a plus
  • Genuine alignment with Anception's mission around representation, sustainability, and premium quality

Preferred

  • Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)
