Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of brand and broadcast campaigns, helping coordinate activity from brief through to launch
  • Support the development of engaging creative campaigns and communications
  • Help write clear briefs, updates and feedback for creative, media and internal teams
  • Assist with the development of creative assets and media plans across appropriate channels
  • Support campaign reporting by collating results and sharing key learnings
  • Help capture and share campaign learnings to inform future activity
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Support budget tracking, purchase order management and campaign administration
  • Help ensure all advertising is compliant, legal and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Keep up to date with marketing, advertising, customer and cultural trends

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for marketing, advertising and brands
  • Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to use data, insight and feedback to improve work
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with others
  • Proactive, positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Some exposure to marketing, communications or project-based work through study, work experience, volunteering or personal interests
  • Retail or customer-focused experience
