Location: Manchester, UK
Department/Division: Photography Retail - 8hrs (Temporary, 5 Month Contract)
Salary: ÂŁ13.00 per hour + 10% quarterly bonus

Your Role
Concession Sales: Help customers find their perfect photography products and services.
Customer Engagement: Interact with shoppers, offer expert advice, and create memorable experiences.
Product Presentation: Maintain displays, keep everything sparkling clean, and make sure our products are demo ready.
Creating 'Theatre': Bring our products to life with engaging demonstrations that inspire customers to make a purchase.
Upselling: Boost attachment rates by offering comprehensive solutions and increasing the Average Transaction Value.
Promotions and POS: Ensure promotions are prominently displayed, and POS materials are on point.
Product Knowledge: Stay in the know about our products and what the competition is up to.
What We're Looking For
Photography Knowledge: A basic understanding of the photography industry.
Sales and Retail Savvy: Proven ability to sell effectively and create persuasive pitches.
Communication Pro: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
