Job Summary

Own on-ground brand activations across the UK with hands-on delivery, problem solving, and steady stakeholder coordination.

  • On-site activation delivery: manage site visits, installations, POS, and event representation.
  • Cross-stakeholder coordination: align venues, suppliers, retailers, and brand teams to stay on track.
  • Travel ready and hands-on execution: flexible to travel across Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounds, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of campaigns and activations primarily in London and other locations across the UK.
  • This is a hands-on, feet-on-the-ground role for someone who thrives on bringing plans to life.
  • Conduct site visits, manage installations, deliver POS materials, support retail activations and represent brands at events.
  • Ensure everything happens as it should - solving problems, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring every activation is delivered to the highest possible standard.
  • No two days will be the same; manage variety, take ownership and deliver exceptional work.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end projects, activations, events or campaigns from briefing through to execution
  • Experience managing on-the-ground activations, installations, field marketing or experiential campaigns
  • A genuine passion for delivering standout brand experiences and bringing campaigns to life
  • The ability to manage multiple moving parts, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
  • A relentless can-do attitude and the confidence to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Experience liaising with venues, suppliers, retailers and brand teams
  • The flexibility to travel regularly across Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounding areas
  • A professional, personable approach and the ability to represent leading FMCG brands with confidence
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • The ability to work occasional evenings and weekends when activations require it
