Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s brand strategy
• Oversee product positioning and marketing campaigns
• Manage brand, creative, and marketing teams
• Guide new-product launches and portfolio development
• Monitor customer insights and market trends
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity
• Manage budgets, agencies, and commercial partners
• Support retail, e-commerce, and distribution growth
• Track brand and campaign performance
• Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand management, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, retail, or consumer products
• Previous leadership responsibility for brands, teams, budgets, or product launches
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent senior professional experience will also be considered
