Job Description
Responsibilities
- CRM & Customer Management
- Maintain and update customer and marketing activity within Salesforce
- Create and manage sales opportunities within the CRM system
- Record customer interactions accurately and support customer journey management
- Monitor, track, and report on customer engagement activity
- Marketing & Communications
- Support customer communications, including invitations, welcome journeys, and marketing campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Help identify target audiences for campaigns, events, and activations
- Support content planning and day-to-day social media activity, ensuring communications reflect Aston Martin's luxury brand standards
Requirements
- Organised, accurate, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and customer data
- A confident communicator with strong written skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused and collaborative in their approach
Preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system
- Previous marketing, administration or customer service experience
- An interest in automotive, luxury, or premium brands
