Responsibilities

Partner with the HCP Marketing Directors to drive the framing and communication of the marketing strategy across the IBT and to senior leadership
Marketing liaison on all salesforce initiatives-communications, sales meeting coordination, Pulse Team field feedback calls, and sales training.
Build positive and collaborative working relationships with HCP Marketing leads, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Regulatory/Legal teams to maximize the impact of psychiatry product tactics, programs, and messaging.
Demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the neuroscience therapeutic area.
To support program implementation, the Associate Director must be comfortable with prescription data analytics and partner closely with both Market Research and Analytics (MABI) and Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.
Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical industry support experience required, at least 2 years of experience with field sales strongly preferred
Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills across a variety of organization levels and disciplines, including executive leadership

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD)
Prior medical, clinical, medical communications, or HCP AOR experience in psychiatry and psychopharmacology strongly preferred
