Job Summary

Own the content engine for client campaigns, blending storytelling with SEO and AI-powered production to drive visibility and conversion.

  • Content Creation: produce multi-format content across websites, blogs, ads, and assets to fuel search and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: align with SEO, Creative, and design teams to shape content playbooks and campaigns.
  • AI & Performance: apply AI tooling to speed production and continuously optimize for search performance and outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality, engaging long- and short-form content for a variety of marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, paid search and paid social ads, creative assets, and more.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Interpret keyword research and performance data to optimise content for search engines.
  • Briefing & Editing: Write content briefs for landing pages and blogs, and edit content from other writers to manage client delivery.
  • Client Management: Manage client accounts efficiently and effectively through strong written and verbal communications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the SEO team to create and execute content strategies, as well as the wider Creative team and Open Partners Studio designers to deliver engaging marketing materials.
  • AI Innovation: Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends while utilising and developing Open Partners' proprietary AI content production system.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content/copywriting or content creation.
  • Digital Knowledge: Strong understanding of organic search principles (including SEO and AI search) and social media best practices.
  • AI Tooling: Experience working with generative AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.
  • Skills: Excellent writing skills across a variety of styles and tones, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Location: Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Greater Manchester area preferred.
